Monthly fee, typically €600–1,200, lighter than the Fractional RM retainer since the work is being done by your own team member with our guidance.

How we deliver it
Remote video sessions, built around your team member's actual work rather than generic theory. This draws directly on formal coaching training, not just hotel experience, the sessions are structured to build lasting capability, not dependency on us.
